Our aim is to capture, in as unobtrusive a manner as possible, all the memorable moments of your wedding day. By having two cameras, and therefore literally being able to be in two places at the same time, we have found we can capture some very special moments, which perhaps even the bridal couple may not be aware of! It is now common practice for videographers to use a two (or more) camera format, so it is very important to view the finished product before making a decision.
We believe that the wedding video should show the guests enjoying themselves at your wedding, and not just focus on the bride and groom. Nor should you be constantly aware of us around you. The finished video should be something that you want to watch over and over again, not something that is put away and forgotten about.
We attend the rehearsal so that whoever is conducting the service is comfortable with where we are going to be and is able to advise us as to what we can and cannot do; it also gives us an opportunity to meet everyone involved prior to the big day. We normally arrive about an hour prior to the service and have no specific finishing time, preferring to stay till the very end if possible. However, if you are not planning on making a formal exit, we will remain until the majority of guests have left and the party is coming to an end.
An additional service we provide is to upload a selection of video stills to our Yahoo album site, which you are welcome to view as a guest at http://photos.yahoo.com/satellite_projects. This has proved to be extremely popular with family and friends who could not attend the wedding.
