The carrot, sweet potato and pineapple, and lemon poppyseed flavours are other popular choices, as is the refreshing lemon pound cake. Then there is Kanya’s ultra-luxurious fruit cake, loaded with nuts and drenched in liqueur. Wedding favours such as lavender shortbread hearts and Belgian chocolate truffles are also available.
