I visited Celebration House last month and found it very helpful. My only problem is that I would like to have my wedding on a beach, with the ceremony and reception together. Please could you let me know who I can contact for permission and what channels I will have to go through to get the permits?

When does one present gifts to the ring-bearer, bestman, flowergirl and bridesmaids? Another worrying issue is the receiving line.
