We are thrilled to announce that at the Welcome Awards ceremony held on 10th May 2009 at the Albert Luthuli Convention Centre (Durban ICC) - as part of the recent Tourism Indaba - the Celebration House website came second in the online category (out of over 850 websites) and received the runner-up award.
The aim of The Welcome Awards is to recognise those businesses and individuals that have raised the bar in the tourism sector, by offering high standards of customer care and providing service excellence - which is why we consider being considered for the award such a huge honour!
The awards, considered by some to be the Oscars of the tourism industry in South Africa, were made after a rigorous judging process by an independent panel of judges, who viewed the more than 850 websites before making their selection - so you can understand our extreme excitement on being informed that our website www.celebrationhouse.co.za had made it into the top two in the country.
